History of Hockey at Pacific

While field hockey has been a sport that women have played at Pacific for over 70 years, the first Division I team was named in 1977. 

Field hockey has a long history of success even though it has historically run on a very low budget.  Players not only excelled athletically but also academically with many graduating with distinction from a wide variety of disciplines.

Many alumni have gone on to amazing careers and have contributed incredibly in their communities.
